A wonderful reference for anyone in the business world

I loved this book! It is a valuable reference for anyone in the business world and would make a wonderful gift for anyone entering into corporate America. The author demonstrates how a few simple sentences can help cultivate & maintain important business relationships for years to come. I will keep this one in my personal library for as long as I am employed!

Notes are the bridges between professional relationships, and can determine the future of your business. Whether it be a thank you note for the previous day's lunch, the birth of an employees child, even the kind of pen to use, Isaacs covers everything you need to know about writing successful business notes. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to take their business relationships to the next level.

I have relied on this book for years!

My mother gave me this book when I was newly employed as a young professional. I cannot tell you how many times I have referred to it during the almost 15 years I have owned it. Short, sweet and to the point, Business Notes has been a wonderful resource for both traditional hand-written notes and email communication. I highly recommend this book for college graduates and seasoned professionals.
