Unfortunately the info looks like it was written in about an hour after doing ...

I was excited to get this book to use it as a reference guide for an actual upcoming beta test of a new mobile app. Unfortunately the info looks like it was written in about an hour after doing some Google searches on things like types of OS.... names of versions... etc. There is one helpful chapter .Actual Mobile Test Execution... it would have been great if that was what the whole book was about.

He has developed the C-BAT program for children. A former director of the Behavior Therapy and Counseling Clinic in Fayetteville, Arkansas, he has taught behavioral psychology for over thirty years to undergraduate and graduate students. Dr. Marr is a recipient of the Teaching and Research award from the University of Arkansas, and has presented and published over fifty research articles, chapters, and books.

This program works and works wonders......

I found the book of Dr. Marr to be an eye opener for me. This book was easy to understand and the principles Dr. Marr put forth have had immediate and positive effects on my two children. I wish I had found this book much earlier in my kids development, but I can't say enough about process. As long as I was consistent, Dr. Marrs program worked. No more chemicals for my kids, behavior modification is the key.

Seriously, I may need to take this book to work and implement the techniques on some of my support staff.

I got the book because my 13 almost 14 year old niece moved in with me and was struggling immensely with school work. I feel it was more geared for an elementary level. Had I had custody earlier in life with her it would have been more helpful.

Makes memorizing scripture easier

I've been memorizing Bible chapters for years so I didn't expect this book to be helpful. Wrong! I picked up tips that I could immediately implement, and was encouraged to not shy away from memorizing whole books of the Bible.

As I read, I felt like Janet was in the room with me, coaching me on the how-to's as well as the why's. She gives concrete instructions on how to memorize Psalm 1 and the book of Titus, which you can then apply to any text you want to memorize.

Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned memorizer, this book will be beneficial.

Wonderful concept

The Bible says to write the Word on our hearts, and this book makes that so easy! I had seen it first on one of my friends' posts on facebook, and found the author and followed her, and I just loved what she had to say so much that I bought the book! I have never been one to memorize things easily and I am still working on memorizing but her ideas are actually making me believe that yes, it is possible! This book isn't like other ones where you sit down and read through first, then apply it. She actually has you doing exercises all throughout the book, learning as you go, and you have to complete each exercise otherwise the next section won't make sense. And I love that. It's just like having your own personal teacher. Highly recommend!
